This homemade mustard sauce is very easy to prepare. You can serve this easy mustard sauce as a sauce and also as a dip with fritters. INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup yellow mustard seeds (1/4 কাপ সৰিয়হ) 1/4 cup honey (1/4 কাপ মধু) 1 green chillies (1 টা কেচা জলকীয়া) 1 small cinnamon stick (optional) (এটুকুৰা দালচেনি, কিন্তু দালচেনিৰ ফ্লেবাৰ ভাল নাপালে নিদিব) 1/2 cup vinegar or just to cover up the above ingredients (1/2 কাপ ভিনেগাৰ বা প্ৰয়োজন অনুসৰি) Pinch of salt (নিমখ নামমাত্ৰ) METHOD: Mix all the ingredients and keep aside for 24 hours. (সকলোখিনি এটা বাতিত মিহলি কৰি 24 ঘণ্টা ৰাখি দিব) Blend into a fine sauce. (ব্লেণ্ডাৰত ভালদৰে পিচি লব) Store it in a bottle. (বটলত থব)
